6.0 liter is pinging need help

My 6.0 liter truck pings on accel.There are no codes and I just cleaned the MAF sensor.Its an 01 gmc is there anything common on these trucks that would make them ping.

Post in the GM tuning section, not much happening in this one. Is the truck stock, any aftermarket tuning?

The truck is all stock as far as I can tell.There are no codes and it pings under light load.Ill try to post elsewhere also.The mass air is 170 bucks so I hate to just throw on but I may have to.

I also tried 93 octane with no change so it must be lean.Its also kind of surging a little but that may be normal

Last tune-up???

Best place to start is the fuel filter, easy to change and usually the culprit.
Next, air filter clean it or replace it
Last, Spark plugs, wires, etc.
