Couple of things I see here, although not necessarily the cause of your problem.
2-1 downshift speed is higher than upshift speed. Upshift speed should always be higher, or the shift will not be commanded until after the downshift speed has been met as well.
Might try setting D0913 to 35-37mph, see if that has any effect.

I think your still going to have problems... Your Upshift is still lower than your down shift...
D0910 should be greater than D0925
D0911 should be greater than D0926
D0912 should be greater than D0927
D0910 should be greater than D0925
D0911 should be greater than D0926
D0912 should be greater than D0927

The 1-2 and 2-1 downshift MPH are much more important

I just compared a stock 80E tune to mine and the numbers are the same in the upshift and downshift tables. The downshifts are all higher than the upshifts
Table/Stock Tune mph/My Tune mph
910/25/25
911/25/25
912/25/25
925/35/33
926/37/35
927/35/33
Now what?
Table/Stock Tune mph/My Tune mph
910/25/25
911/25/25
912/25/25
925/35/33
926/37/35
927/35/33
Now what?

Raise your 1-2 above the 2-1 downshift

I changed D0910/0911/0912 to 40mph and D0925/926/927 to 33mph
Think that will do the trick?
How does any of this relate when the 1->2 shift at WOT is around 52mph anyway?
(This is if the shift rpm is set at 6000)
Also dropped D0913 to 30 mph just in case.
SO, now that I have the downshift speed set below the upshift, and the upshift speed set to 40mph (which equals 4616rpm for me) and the 1->2 shift RPM set to 5500...I shouldn't bounce off the limiter anymore?
Any other suggestions? Thanks again for the help!
