yeah i am... the injectors should be with me in a couple more days... can't wait to get 'em in and take the truck down the dyno for a complete tuning session....

fueling was dialed in using the MAF... so whats said above, once I install the injectors and the change the flow rate, everything else should be dialled in pretty much already????

bump, here is the values that an excell sheet gave me
48.6655251 48.96881862 49.27024519 49.56983886 49.86763267 50.16365868 50.45794799 50.75053083 51.04143653 51.33069362 51.6183298 51.90437202 52.18884649 52.47177872 52.75319351 53.03311503 53.31156679

these are different from Pat's? whats the deal on getting injector values?? I am not gonna buy a DVD...looking at my tune my values are no where close to what they are supposed to be for 42-marines????

Because you told the spread sheet that you new injectors where rated at 43lbs/hr at 43psi of fuel pressure and your truck runs at 58lbs/hr. Multec II injectors are rated at 43lbs/hr 58psi of fuel pressure

First off those values for the 42lb marines are wayyy too high. As far as the injector values for these nobody has any rock solid data on the 42lb marines and that's the big problem with running these, if your tune is spot on and then injectors are swapped and now all of the sudden your fuel trims are off by a considerable amount the bottom line is the injector data is wrong somewhere and the VE and MAF tables are not there to correct the fueling errors from bad injector data as this will cause problems everywhere else. Bottom line if you are changing injectors EVERY table should be addressed, injector offset vs bat. voltage, min. pulsewidth, short pulse adder, flow rate, etc... need to be changed for everything to work correctly.

What do you mean by you are not gonna buy a DVD?

the work sheet I used allowed me to enter the injector fuel press rating (43.5) the fuel pressure (58) injector flow rate (42)
Injector Rated Fuel Pressure: 43.2
Your Fuel Rail Pressure: 58
Injector Rated Flow Rate: 42
Flat IFR Table Flow Rate: 48.66553
and gets the numbers I posted above, the excel sheet was made by EC_tunes. I have not changed injectors just looking over the tune after a track outing and someone else looked at the tune and siad those were off...other wise O2/STFT see very close.

Brands: Delphi
Manufacturers: Delphi Injectors
Model 17113739
Categories: High Impedance
Retail P/N: 135-INJ-17113739-8
Manufacturer P/N: 17113739
Static Flow lb/hr: 37.95
Static Flow cc/min: 398
Dynamic Flow (mg/pulse): .748
Dynamic Flow Tolerance /-%: 5%
Connector Type: Multec 2 (Delphi)

These specs are listed in numerous places on the internet by various sites and vendors who sell them.

That static flow of 37.95 is at 3 bar (43.5 psi) and at 4 bar (58 psi) it puts them at 43.82.
