Its a very touchy feely thing where what I like you may hate, it just depends on how you drive. But for what its worth, heres my torque converter table. I have a pi triple disc 2600, 35" tires, and 4.56 gears

Yea, the stock tables allow the TCC to slip when locking making for a nicer shift but it will eventually burn it up. Aftermarket stalls dont like that feature. I have my max lockup duty cycle at 100 and min duty cycle at 99.

For changing the duty cycle on EFI live you go under the TCC solenoid minimum PWM correct. My transmission will do the same thing and bothers the hell out of me. Also where to go when changing the speed at which TCC applys at would be great.

I've been having this same problem. I don't know when it started or what I did to cause it. I thought it might be the converter going bad, so I started logging TCC mode, PWM duty cycle, slip %, and slip RPM. Logging shows that the computer is unlocking the torque converter, so after some searching I made some changes similar to Atomic's. The only thing that made any improvement was to set the 0% throttle 4th gear release speed to the same figure as in the 6.25% column, the same as in the first table in Atomic's post #11. It is still unlocking at 55 and 65 mph, those are just the speeds I picked to test. I did notice that it always occurs at 2% throttle, regardless of speed. Therefore, I think that the next thing that I try will be to lower the throttle cracker table in the kPa range and rpm that the highway cruise speed is at, forcing me to hold the throttle open a little more to maintain speed.
Any thoughts?

Some more info on my truck is I just installed a new converter (3000 stall by circle-d) and the tcc lockup is always on and off and waiting for a tune by justin at blackbear performance.
