Lol. I think your problem is find a dealer that isn't retarded..... like if they can't find a TSB by the number what's the likliehood they will even do the job correctly? I walked into my hillbilly local dealer in a town of like 7000 people that is 200 miles from anything not bush and open farm land aka a real population base and the service guys knew what was up from nothing but my description alone.... I didn't even have to spoonfeed them the number. If you type that number into google with TSB in front of it you will get your answer lol.

 

Did that and yes the truck when going from park to reverse on first start up has a BIG delay.
