I bought a smashed 2007 chev 2500hd W/T. It is 2wd with 6.0 and 6 speed automatic. I would like to remove the body and box to install a 1956 international cab and box. What will i need to keep off of the donor truck for the engine and transmission to work? Im not opposed to cutting the cab up and keeping the floor and firewall from the GMT900 truck to keep the steering column and brake/accelerator pedals.
