Default 2003 PCM 1 fuse blowing.

Hello
I am not new to this site i usually do a normal search and find most of my answers i need so i have not posted much if any at all.

But now i have a problem i can't figure out , before i burn my truck down i figured i would ask as searching has not netted my an answer or at least one that matches my problem.

2003 Sivlerado non flex fuel truck 5.3 automatic 141675 miles
Last week it popped the PCM 1 fuse (NOT the B fuse) so i just figured it was time for a fuel pump most likely. Bought one from RockAuto installed it fired up the truck and it ran as normal. Went to drive it got about 2 blocks from my house it popped again. Now it won't stay running with the 15 amp fuse in it . I have put a 30 amp in it to move it around but i know this will just lead to a meltdown of my truck. What would cause this fuse to keep blowing ? Other then the fuel pump and gauge what else is on this circut that may be shorting out or that i may have messed up some how.
I've read a lot of people have problems with the B fuse blowing but that fuse has not blown on mine just the PCM 1.

Thanks For any Help Travis

PCM 1 Fuse
15A
Powertrain Control Module (PCM), Mass Air Flow (MFS) Sensor, Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid, Fuel Composition Sensor, Secondary Fuel Pump Relay

Being non flex fuel that leaves the PCM, MAF and EVAP purge solenoid...and related wiring. Try unplugging the EVAP purge solenoid.

Pull the connectors off the PCM and check them for water intrusion & corrosion. I have seen this a few times, here's a pic on one.
