I picked up a bully dog gt tuner on clist the other day. I set it up and started the driving coach. I have picked up 2 pgm. I didnt realize I drove that bad until I was being watched.
I set it up for the 20hp gain and change my shift points and firmness. I recalibrated the tire size and its paying off already. Not bad for 200.00

Most people don't. My wife drives down hill, and then complains that her mileage is bad. I cannot get her to just let the vehicle coast. She is on one of the pedals all the time. Drives me bonkers.

Do you have any way to double check the speedo? Most from the factory are off by 2-3mph. But have seen some that were 5-6 mph off.
So that wouldnt hurt to check. If you have an Iphone you can get a free app amd it works perfect.

LMAO!
My wife's no different. On her SUV (and strictly according to the onboard MPG numbers), I can get like 4-5 MPG's more than her just driving "normal". She's a gas pedal tapper...on the gas, off the gas, on the gas, off the gas, etc, etc.....oh well, whatdya gonna do???

Girlfriend is the same way. Red light up ahead and she is still on the gas until it's time to brake. Kills me.

Good idea I never thought of going to electric fans. Which ones did you use on your truck?

I picked up zero mpg going to 05 efans, and I monitor mine religiously with pen and paper. Also noticed no SOTP gain either. But the a/c cools down almost instantly on a hot day, so worth it in Houston summers.

Once Wheatley tuned it, however, I picked up 2 city and 3 highway with much better SOTP performance.
