im having issue with my 2000 Silverado it will start up but die instantly, The security is just cycling from low fuel(but actually has 1/4 tank),battery, service 4wd back to security light,i have tried the relearn procedure with no help,It does this everytime I disconnected the battery for alittle while,i installed and new ign switch,brand new fuel pump/sending unit.Still having problems.I also have no fuel gauge or temp gauge or gear indicator.The truck ran 2 days ago before I disconnected the battery to install the ign switch,when it was driving the sercuity and battery light where still cycling but it ran excellent drove it like that for atleast 300 miles no problems.But I need a fuel gauge that's why I tried to tackle this problem,When I was removing the old ign switch I left the battery on it did spark I wonder if I blew a fuse?Again the security is just cycling not staying lite or anything like that. its a dealership right now they are stumped,I need a person that had this problem before please anything at this point!!thank you.
