i've been catching hell with tuning the 6l80e, one of my customers has the same truck and it doesn't seem to respond at all to changing the tune. what kinda fuel mileage you getting? his is a ext. cab 4x4, all stock except for 285/75-16's and tuning, and its only getting 13-14mpg.

A tune can work wonders on the newer trucks. The deal where it is dead until 4000 rpm is totally in the computer. A good tune will make the truck TOTALLY different!
