Default 03 sierra E-Fans

Ok put in a two pin harness last night. Using the blue 42 pin and green 33 pin. The harness works because I can trigger it using a grounded wire. However the fans wont turn on at all when the truck is running. Can someone look at the tune and see if there is anything wrong or any other thoughts?
Im hoping its something stupid.

Beyond some different timing values, a/c pressure values and temp settings it's more or less how my 05 is set up. My fans work like a charm.

I just did a segment swap from an 05 1/2 ton and tweaked the temps for my trucks factory 186 t-stat.

Mine work fine, here is a comparison of your fan settings and mine. Some are the same or close and some are far apart.

YOUR Settings
Parameters Value
{G0901} Fan #1 Turn-on Temp 93.320313 °C
{G0902} Fan #1 Turn-off Temp 90.000000 °C
{G0903} Fan #1 Turn-on By A/C Temp 139.960938 °C
{G0904} Fan #1 Turn-off Speed 56.327057 KMH
{G0905} Fan #1 Turn-on Speed 48.280335 KMH
{G0906} Fan #1 Turn-on Delay 0.000000 Seconds
{G0907} Fan #1 Turn-off Delay 0.000000 Seconds
{G0908} Fan #1 Minimum On-Time 30.000000 Seconds
{G0909} Fan #1 Run-on temp 115.546875 °C

My Settings
Parameters Value
{G0901} Fan #1 Turn-on Temp 92.773438 °C
{G0902} Fan #1 Turn-off Temp 88.906250 °C
{G0903} Fan #1 Turn-on By A/C Temp 104.453125 °C
{G0904} Fan #1 Turn-off Speed 56.327057 KMH
{G0905} Fan #1 Turn-on Speed 56.327057 KMH
{G0906} Fan #1 Turn-on Delay 0.000000 Seconds
{G0907} Fan #1 Turn-off Delay 0.000000 Seconds
{G0908} Fan #1 Minimum On-Time 30.000000 Seconds
{G0909} Fan #1 Run-on temp 139.960938 °C

Our turn on and turn off temps are close but your settings for A/C are very high. My high fans are set at 220F and yours are at 290F. So If you had the air running they would never turn on.

Got them working. one of my relay wires was loose. Also these fans dont cycle very much. I was used to my 99 where the cycle all the time.
