Default Need a custom tune on a 2008 Dodge

Ok, so my dad decided he needs an exhaust and tune after my Silverado stomped him in a quick race.

I know nothing in the Dodge realm and was looking for the best tune for his truck - 2008 Dodge 4wd 5.7 hemi. He lives in Amarillo, TX and I didn't know if mail order tunes were available for these trucks like Nelson Performance does.

Its another relam with Dodge tuning. The 545fre is VERY finicky to tranmission changes and one little thing to could smoke a transmission fast.

Id get a intune and take it to a reputable CMR tuner and have a custom tune done on it. At that point they can send that file to "white lightning" Screen name on some forums and he will download his 545fre file. Hes done extensive testing on the 545rfe and tunes Sharadons transmission they sell. He knows his stuff!

Hemifever is the guru for mail order engine tunes.

Think he would be better off with a superchips
Should shave a few tenths of the 1/8 alone all without the expense and increased risks to the transmission using diablo.
