My buddy has an 02 dodge 1500 with the 5.9 hes looking to get a little performance out of it. He has full exhaust and hes looking for an intake and i told him a custom tune would be a good idea. i was looking for a black bear type tune but for a dodge. does anyone know of anything. i dont want a programmer, i pretty much wanna send his ecu off to get tuned but i have no idea where to look. any help would be appreciated. and also whats some othe cheaper things i could help him with do get a little more power? thanks

 

Not many options for the 02 models....programmer is going to be the best bet.

As far as I know Smarty's are for diesels.

 

I thought he was talking about a 5.9 cummins too since it wasn't specified.
