The tools come preloaded with tunes that we provide for different octane levels, but then there are tuning shops that have our CMR software, that allows them to edit the tunes from one of our handhelds, and load it back into the tool as a custom tune. They can do this to support any level of modification you can dream up.

As I recall, Nelson has our software, and can set you up with this option for sure. He does a lot of custom tunes for people that add his e-fan kit, and the ability to email the custom tune to his customers with one of our handhelds is a plus for him.

Thanks

I understand that this post was from over a year ago but I was looking for some info on some of the abreviations that the I-1000 has when fine tuning a vehicle. I came across this post.
To Mike @ Diablo. The link you provided about (The user has the option of fine-tuning if he likes to do his own tweaking.
(Click here for more info on how that's accomplished with our devices)
that just brings you to the Diablo page. Not any info about how to fine tune. If you can provide any info or help with the fine tuning abbreviations like "WOT" etc. I would greatly appreciate it.
thanks!

WOT means wide open throttle.
