Default 2001 Grand Cherokee issues

I have a 2001 Grand Cherokee limited/4.7 with 110,000miles. Just recently it started having issues starting (stumbling at first then runs fine) and yesterday while driving back from the store, I lost turn siganls, window operation, radio, lights on dash, and power locks. Once I got home, I shut it off, went in the house for 10minutes, then went to start it, to take it to the local shop, and everything worked beautiful???? Someone said it sounds like the ECM is going bad, any ideas out there? I looked on line and it looks like a remand one will cost around $250 from auto computer exchange. Thanks

I was just told that it is more than likely the body control module? Does this sound right?
