Once you have a house, it will be hard to see yourself investing in a depreciating asset (car, truck, bike). Over the last couple years, I have invested into my house and let the truck sit in the garage.

Hey Bill so sorry to hear the news....I really think you should come up with a way to keep it AND get the house you need/want. After all, the truck is payed for right? Not costing you much to own, so come up with a different game plan instead? Your truck is worth (to you) much more than $25k, I know mine is to me.

the feeling of parking any of those in the garage is pretty close.
