Wheeler 4340 Forged Steel "H" Beam New Connecting Rods-5.7" length (lite weight...600 grams each)

Clevite high volume oil pump and welded pickup.
HD 168 tooth flex plate With Wide Head ARP Crank Bolts
Crower 0041LM Cam 214/220 duration, 473/496 lift 114 Sep.
Stock Vortec steel heads with stainless steel Ferrea valves, stock intake 1.94 with oversize 1.6 exhaust, comp valve job,
screw in rocker studs, Match ported intake and exhaust ports, cc compression chambers with .5cc each.
Crane cams roller rockers w/1.5 ratio, HD pushrods. HD GM roller timing chain
9 quart full flow engine oil system! Dual remote full size oil filters, remote oil cooler with fan.
Poly engine and trans mounts, Crane Cams electronic ignition and inside remote boost retard (not used since intercooler
and new engine installed
Vortec V1-S-trim supercharger (have two smaller pullies) with huge Ford 7.3L turbo diesel intercooler in between the AC condencer and radiator, Thick Howe aluminum radiator with dual flex-a-lite radiator fans....
runs 1/3 on the temp guage, 180 degrees. match ported 80mm BBK TB, (also have stock TB) Thorley headers with oversize
header pipes, high flow cats, dual 3" exhaust system with single 4" diesel muffler and 4" mandrel bent tailpipe with 5" tip...very
deep sounding...I have not heard another truck that sounds this good...not overly loud! Still currently running 4.5psi of boost
with 5K rpm shifts... approx 450HP. Engine is good to 6000 rpms and 8+ psi boost...600HP! I also have a almost complete
aux fuel system that will allow running max boost pressures that goes with the truck. Still pass CA smog emissions on the
dyno....runs almost the same as the old 350 engine did!
Rear End:
14 bolt, 9.5" R&P (same rear end used in the chevy SS454 1500 pickups) New bearings, 4.10 OEM gears and HD Auburn locker,
also has new brakes and wheel cylinders. I also replaced the front diff with 4.10 gears and new bearings at the same time....
stock was 3.73
Trans: Extreme built 4L60E, built by Roland at Inland Chevrolet....it's got all the right stuff in it... plus a HD stock size torque
converter so you can still do some towing, STR 2.15 2800 With factory towing package and cooler with aux trans cooler and
fan under the radiator. New driveline HD u-joints.
Body: fairly new remote adjustable Rancho 9000 stocks front and rear, 3" body lift with beefed up front and rear bumper mounts,
also factory receiver hitch and factory towing option. Front torsion bars were twiked to max lift with still staying in alignment...has
3" axle spring blocks, Off road traction bars that work!...No wheel hop what-so-ever! Rino HD chrome nerf bars.
Tires/Susp: Weld 15x8" wheels on BFG AT 33x12.50 almost new tires...only weight 65lbs total. New drilled front rotors with stainless
steel brake lines front and rear.
Misc: Custom tune on the PCM, I also have a wideband and laptop with a Tunercat custom tuning program that I may also sell at an
extra cost.
Performance: Should run high 13's in the quarter mile with low to high 12's with more boost!

With the new 383 and 4.10 with 33's (same revs per mile as old setup) I get 11 mpg freeway.
I've got a really cool new house on 1 acre of land and need the funds for it and some other new toys.
