Just wondering what a fair selling price would be.

Seriously, that is a clean truck.

I just paid $18,500 for a loaded 2005 crew cab with 26K miles, so i'd say something like $16k or so. Many people won't pay much more than KBB price for even a modded truck. You may want to sale those 22's seperate to recoop some $$.
