I want to buy the body style from 1989 to 1998. Preferably a later on (1994'ish and up as I like the dash in those better. I'm really after a 1998 model as it was the last year. Looking for a 1500 (chevy or gmc), must be regular cab, short bed (fleet side...no step sides). It doesn't matter what is in it for a driveline as long as the truck is relatively stock. Also, much be 2wd, I'm not looking for a truck with a bunch of mods already done. I'd prefer stock suspension (no drop kit installed).

I'll travel anywhere in the country if the truck is nice. I understand that miles are going to be high as these things are getting old. I just want a good straight unhit truck for a good starting foundation for a build.
