You are better off just keeping it and enjoying the new truck for a while.

Im not usually one to poop on someones parade but you loose way more than 5k in value once you drive that badboy off of the lot. Then add in the 4k miles. The sticker was 40k(could have probally got it for 32k brand new if you would have done some hard negotiating) but for argument sake let say it was worth 40k when you drove off of the lot. With the miles you have put on it its safe to say you lost at least 10k in value( price you pay when you buy new). So getting someone to buy it for 35k when they can get the same truck brand new for that or even less possibly is wishful thinking. Once again I'm not trying to poop on your parade I just couldnt hold my tongue on this one.

so i lost 5k from once i drove it off the lot and i lost 10k from the miles i put on it so your saying its worth about $25k, and don't get me wrong i totally understand what you are saying and your right you do loose money soon as it is titled but thats a little too much loss that fast, all i know is i kbb the suggested retail on it to get a pretty close idea of what to ask and it says $35,800, and its funny that i got a local chevy dealership that has a truck identical to mine but is a 08 with 12,000 miles on it and they are asking $34,900..you tell me dude idk, all i do know is tho that i bought it brand new for $40k with 0% for 72months and just made my first payment and there is no way ill ever take that much loss ill just have to keep it

I thought about doing the same thing a few months after I bought mine, but decided to just stick it out. And as of January 2010, I am no longer upside down on it lol.
There's a lot you can do to mod these engines and have a little fun with them. Especially with these <$3000 TVS1900s floating around everywhere now.
