***UPDATE***Don’t make me crush this truck 79 C10
Picked it up yesterday. Haven’t had time to see if it runs or not yet. I was told it does run but has a bad carb. The guy I bought it from isn’t a genius though so take that with a grain of salt.
What we have here is a 1979 Chevy C10 Big 10 (same as a heavy half I think - correct me if I am wrong). I believe the odo reads 49,000 miles. Body is rough but cab is in great shape. Floors are almost perfect. Dash is in good shape. Engine is intact with all accessories but AC still on it. Trans is supposed to work. Has surface rust on frame. Interior is gutted. Windshield is cracked other glass is good - has sliding glass rear window. Hood is bent, but I just happen to have a good hood I will let go with it.Has 3 rally wheels that need attention. I have enough other vehicles on my property that I cannot keep this one long. If it doesn’t sell soon I will start parting it out. For $500 you get a great parts truck or a project show stopper. Went out and played with it some today. Threw a battery in it and it fired right up. Bad news is the carb leaks like a sieve. I think it the 15 seconds I had it running it sprayed about a pint of gas out. Someone make me an offer I don't want to crush it.
I also remembered I have an aluminum tube grill for it too. I will get pics of it up later.
