Smashed up my ZJ this weekend. My daughter really liked it, so I'm going to sell my YJ to find an XJ or ZJ.
1989 Wrangler YJ
~172k miles on Odometer.
Engine:
355cid Chevy V8
Stock Crank
Eagle H-beam Rods
Flat-top Pistons
Comp Cam
Summit Air-Gap Intake
Holley 750 DP Carb
*Advanced Adapters weld-on Conversion Motor Mounts*
Transmission:
TH350
B&M Ratchet Shifter
Transfer Case:
NP231J
*Novak Adapters and Shifter linkage*
Axles:
Front - D30 Open
Rear - D35 Open
Lift:
Has some leaf springs that give it around 3-3.5". The lift was on it when I bought it so I don't know the brand or how old it is.
Wheels/Tires:
33x12.5x15 Mastercraft Courser M/T tires. Were brand new when I bought the Jeep two years ago. Have maybe 2500 miles on them since then.
15x10 Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels.
Other Mods:
Besttop Traditional Bikini Top
Warn front bumper with custom hoop
KC lights mounted on Windshield hinges
Hella 500s mounted Warn bumper hoop
Aftermarket Head Unit in dash (can't remember brand)
New Sony speakers in dash
Jeep also comes with:
-Set of matching Silver half doors - no uppers
-Set of CJ7 full hard doors - rough shape but no rust on them
-Full soft top with hardware - rough shape and I never installed it so I can't verify all the parts are there.
-Bunch of misc stuff I have accumulated (Spare tire and mount, track bars, etc)
The bad:
1. Center gauge cluster quit working. I have already made a gauge cluster for it using Autometer/Summit gauges. It just needs to be wired up. I can do this for the buyer if need be.
2. KCs and Hellas still need to be wired up.
3. The back passenger leaf spring is sagging a little.
These are the most recent pictures I have of it. Note: in these pictures the front bumper is NOT the Warn bumper currently on it. I can get new pictures for serious buyers.
Asking $6500. I am very open to offers, cash speaks, especially if you would like to trade a 4x4 XJ, ZJ, or WJ.
Any questions, to make arrangements to see/drive the Jeep, or for more pictures you can e-mail me (anthony dot ridinger at gmail dot com) or call Tony 225 715 6545
