Default 2005 GMC Sierra Denali - WARRANTY

I'm moving into something else and the truck needs to go.

2005 Crew Cab Sierra Denali 55,000 miles. LQ9 6.0 and 4.10 gears.

It is currently under factory GM BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and I will have the dealership give it a complete look over and fix anything in question. I have a great relationship with my service dept, they look the other way on all the mods

I was offered 17k in trade stock, meaning its 'worth' about 18.5k when you consider what that will save me in tax on the new ride. That falls right in line with what NADA is saying for 'clean' trade in. Trust me you won't find a truck of this generation with a cleaner interior. Paint is in great shape as well.

Here's what I'm thinking:

I want 18.5k private party for the truck stock. I have a lot of parts that are pretty desireable on this thing, and I am being reasonable as to what they are worth. I know I could sell these parts for what they are listed for below in a very short time period, but I'd rather see the whole truck go as a package to someone who will appreciate it.

AFR 225 heads with crane cams quick lift adjustable shaft mount rocker kit :$1,200
ARH 1 7/8" headers : $800
Custom 222/226 EPS cam and pushrods : $350
TBSS intake, throttle body, and X-link : $300
Foose 22" Black DF-6 wheels : $1,000
42# injectors : $200 not currently installed

If you want it with all these parts and ALL the stock parts I would go as low as $22,000. If you arent interested in the wheels, its $21,000, but that is the only extra I would really sell the truck private without.

Here is a complete mod list:

Engine:
K&N cold air intake
TBSS intake manifold and throttle body
X-link
AFR 225 heads with crane cams adjustable quick lift rockers ($700 upgrade to heads)
Custom 222/226 EPS cam - Nice light chop and sounds like it means business.
ARH 1 7/8" headers
GMPP borla cat-back for silverado SS
36# injectors
Wheatley 93 octane street tune
2600 converter.

Exterior:

35% window tint
Denali Running boards (currently not on the truck)
Cleaerd Denali headlights (will come with original factory lights as well)
LED Tail lights
Truxedo lopro tonneau cover
Flat black hood and portion of the grill (done with plasti dip so it is not permanent, but very durable)
Removed rear blocks, and slight decrank of torsion bars to bring me to factory SSS height.

Finally the pics and a couple videos...

1/4 mile video is before the heads were added...

If I end up stripping the truck I will most definitely sell the headlights, and you will be the first to know. As it sits now though the orange reflector would look pretty terrible so I need to leave them on...

I didnt get the headers for $800, thats what I KNOW I could sell them for right now. Hell, if I couldnt sell them for that I'd sh*t in my own hat hahaha. I know when I was looking I woulda jumped all over these headers used for 800 in a heartbeat. I also didnt get the AFR 225's for 1200... new those are $2600. I was being very conservative with my estimates there as I don't want to be selling parts for a year. A custom EPS cam and push rods with low miles also will not be let go for $350. I honestly priced all the add ons cheaper than someone would pay to get them used on here seperately. I'm still leaning toward the strip and trade, but its a shame to pull appart such a nice combo.

Thanks. I'm definitely looking for a mint set of denalis, the cleared ones would be a bonus since I'd do that myself anyways.

Yup. All Denali's prior to the GMT900 platform were AWD. 2WD became available with those trucks. This truck mechanically might as well be a SSS.
