The truck should lay 22's, you could also go 24's but it would lay tires.

Someone is getting a hell of a deal 10K for a gently used truck that lays and still has a/c and heat.

Yep. Bed cover would solve it, the bed needs to be finished but has been driven daily like that from day one. I dont want a hole in the fuel tank.

KBB values this truck @ $9200. Thats completely OEM. Im asking 10K which is what i put into the suspension ALONE. SO you are basically getting a free truck with the purchase of the suspension componets and labor.
