Is a good truck for the money

The Good: Its an SS. Truck runs strong, is really nice inside. Transmission and AWD work perfectly. Bone stock. It's an SS. Rides like a dream. Every option except digital climate control. Heated seats. Its an SS. Mirrors fold in at the press of a button. Stock stereo is awesome. Its an SS.

The Bad:Theres some rust bubbling over the rear wheels on the bed.
Paint isn't great, theres some scratches, dents, etc.
Driver seat had a rip in it and sewn up, other than that everything works and is like new inside. Will probably need a wheel bearing and a front differential seal

Asking $9500
Will trade for a NBS RCSB 4WD - Preferably one with some power
4WD is kind of important cause I live in MA and 2wd is basically useless here. I have a stock 05 GTO already and I hate it.
I want a RCSB faster than the GTO
