Default 2003 rcsb turbo/80e silverado

Up for sale/trade is my 2003 silverado, just a fun little truck and basically could be a daily driver. Has ice cold AC and hot heat. 76k miles and fully loaded and has tahoe center console. truck was tuned on the street and never dynode and has never been on track with this setup. heres a complete build list. only flaw as seen in the pics is in front of driver rear tire the bed is busted and hardly noticeable in person. a blowed out tire flew up and hit it. truck is on e85 and has a 7psi and 10 psi setting. black on the hood and roof is a wrap and can easily be removed...

$16500 OBO

Is there anything in the bed of the truck that would not allow the use of the bed? Like fuel cell, nitrous bottles, etc.? How many miles/how long has the current setup been on the truck? The truck been in any accidents? How many previous owners? How about the exhaust setup, this might sound dumb but are there any issues with it being in the rain? Why are you selling? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm very interested.
