These trucks are highly sought after, for your price you may need to look at auctions. I have an 06 rcsb but would need way more than what your looking to spend.

1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab

I've got the following one for sell I'd take $4500 or so for, not exactly what you are looking for but figure I'd throw it out there. It's been well maintained, and has a well built transmission.
