You know it's cold when you walk to your truck at 7am in your short sleeve shirt and think maybe you should get a long sleeve until 10 when it warms back up... Brrr mid 50's in FL these days.

You know it's cold when your Torque converter won't lock up until the fluid warms up a bit.

ok u guys i live im mississippi, im 20yrs old. never got out of mississippi in my life.. I start working for Kuhlman Electric in October. We went to Iowa, right when the cold front was coming. You know how the weather is in the south, right? Ok, i can take some pain. but -2* with windchill of -25*!!! come one! who comes up with this crap! i had to work 3- 9hr days in this crap! 2' of snow on the ground! im a country boy that usually by noon the long sleeve shirt has to come off! i had all the thermals i had packed in my suitcase on. with insulated Carhart bibs, and Carhart coat.. insulated boots, and had to lay down on top of the transformer!! thats not right!! had to sweep the snow off the top, then get the torch and melt the ice, then get all the water off the top!!! i sure was glad when lunch time came, chili never tasted so good!!! and on our Degas Rig the diesel fuel froze and gelled up in the filters.. so we couldnt heat our office. that poor ole Detroit diesel finally came to life after 3gallons of 911, and 4gallons of degel.. Dang i hate the north!!!!

ok enough of the rambling!! im glad i live in the south! yall can have that cold weather.
