I've seen that before, pretty funny. I would've either been one of those cops you see beating the crap out of somebody on video or just rolling around on the street laughing.
I had a friend one time to get a high speeding ticket, went about his way and later down the road he threw it out the window. The cop showed up to his house a little later with the ticket and told him that he must have forgot it and then wrote him a littering ticket right there in his living room.
