I have to say that was pretty sweet. The only thing I hated was the damn wait between rounds. but they were doing it right pulling the spark plugs. I dont htink their is anyway those boys could have snuck in some higher octane.
But it still wasnt the 93 you can buy at texaco/shell/exxon...etc.
Chevy nova 2 ran a 8.559 I believe was the time. He won. I loved the cars.
Jim did yall get video of the exhaust coming off the green car when he goes up to drag his bumper? What about the blue and white stripe(think it was a pontiac) stalling it out on the line then throwing it up in the air two times in a row?

kyle got most of that crazy wheel stand and i know he at least got a good pic of that guys exhaust comeing off. he has tons of good video and is talking about making a dvd to sell.
that was a fun event to watch. the last round the 2 cars ran a 8.55 and a 8.52. talk about close. that nova had a little more in it but didn't have the cage to go faster than a 8.50.
