Nice looking building! I wish I had one like that for all my tools and crap I have piled up in my garage!! Wait I wish i had the land around my house for a shed... Congrats none the less, for the record I don't think you live far enough south for that to be considered a shed... However I have never heard of an "Out Building"...

Oh come on now BC, you know the market is down on sales but as a rental you could get $1600/month + utilities.

Movie stars ran yours too. Let's not forget the late great R. Reagan! Bow your heads in respect!

There you go! out building. A stable for the yard stallions (mowers), dirt stallions (bikes) and the street stallion. I can live with that

I guess I've picked up "out building" from my searching for plans and things. If you search shed thats what you get.... small rude plans and such. To find the size I wanted you had to search for out buildings or barns....

Luckily the builder. Mennonites in the area, will deliver and set it up. Only a couple miles away. My whole truck will fit in side it.

That would make a good photo. The building on a trailer being pulled by the truck.

BTW- I'm back in Hayward tomorrow and over the weekend working. Thought of the last trip out there last night. Watching the Big Labowsky (sp?) and they stop in to the In and Out for burgers.

Can't wait to get the garage cleared out and build my little paint booth!

Crazy real estate prices out there. Depending where. That building and an acre here would run 20-35k.
