Being a moderator isn't as great as everybody thinks it is. I was a moderator on another website and having to deal with a lot of the BS gets old after awhile. And like the others said if you have to delete posts or close a thread people will get pissed off and complain about it, even if you're just doing your job. Having been a moderator I can respect what other moderators/administrators do... even if I dont agree with it.
