it's stupidity that casues these accidents and apparently the tests are too easy from what i see on a daily basis.

That sucks.
This is exactly why I have Uninsured Motorist insurance on mine. Don't have to worry if the other person is covered or not. Just on how long i'm gonna be down.

i would def make the insurance pay for mods... if not i would make a trip late at night to the yard where they are keeping it and get your stuff back!! hahaha
