That sucks.
This is exactly why I have Uninsured Motorist insurance on mine. Don't have to worry if the other person is covered or not. Just on how long i'm gonna be down.

That's why people over 70 should have to pass a driving test every year or two to keep their license.

i would def make the insurance pay for mods... if not i would make a trip late at night to the yard where they are keeping it and get your stuff back!! hahaha
