Well, now that I think of it, the 3 piece that I installed was used so the previous owner could have put the band clamps on it.

oh yea any of yall bought any from texas-speed??? wondering what kinda shipping i'd be looking at before i order. and do i have to use a credit card?? did my taxes today and plannin on orderin my ceramic coated LT's soon as it hits my account.

Mine were coated and started rusting in 1 month on the underside of the collectors.

Im a much bigger fan of stainless myself.

Wouldn't the ceramic coated be better for heat under the hood?

I'm considering some LT's too, but living in a snow and salt ****-hole, I'm not so sure... How much HP can a stock motor pick-up with LT's?

i wanna say about 15-20hp with retune. Thats what ive read.

But just reading how Gmctruck has his already with some rust within a month.........i would hate to see what yours would look like after one winter. Heck even with the not as harsh winter than you get im sure mine wouldn't last long i bet.

I bought GMCtrk Pacesetter LT coated headers and I saw no rust on them.

The power was noticable. Well worth the money. IMO
