Back in the day it was K&N but I havent bought a filter in years. Id like to stay with a dry filter if possible, damn K&Ns were a pita to clean.

Yep Im lazy, I dont feel like searching all over the internet to find out whats the latest and greatest. Ive got a volant intake to go on, but I want to run the stock intake for a while and I dont have a filter. Stock replacements run over 20 bucks so figured Id atleast pick up a decent one.

Well, if it means anything at all, a buddy of mine is a gm tech and runs AC Delco filters for 50K before he changes them. He's got a '01 HD 6.0 with 130K+ on it and has only changed the filter twice, lol!
