So we got this mobile home pretty dirt cheap from a familiy member and slowly but surely are restoring it to a comfortable condition. Space is cheap and all paid for. Not the mansion I wanted but oh well

they have mobile homes in cali? the insulation on them is non existent, and your heating/ac bill will be crazy.

It's an old 1974 built home and from what I can tell is insulated. I am installing double pane glass all around as well. Hopefully it stays warm in winter, cool in summer.
