I originally listed it for $5800 and got my first call within about 2 hours of posting the ad on CL, and the guy asked why the price was so low...so I jacked it up to $6250. Kept getting calls on it, and it sold on the 3rd day. My grandma was so happy with the amount she started crying. It also sold on the 2nd anniversary of my grandpas death. She kept talking about how he was watching out for her. It felt pretty damn good to see her so happy. Thanks again for the guidance guys
