We will be taking Thanksgiving dinner to my dad. He is in a nursing home & can't leave for several different reasons. The whole family goes... kids & grandkids. We take the whole dinner to him with all the trimmings. Its not the way most would want to spend their holidays but he won't be with us for very much longer.

Unfortunately.....no Thanksgiving for me, this year. I'm in Bucharest, Romania, and they don't celebrate it (wonder why!!??) However, December 1st is a local holiday, although I don't know the name, and we decided to work that day, and add the day to the Christmas hoilday weekend. Fri; Sat; Sun; Mon.....work Tue; Wed; Thurs....then off Fri; Sat; Sun for New Years.
