I was looking for opinions on what you guys think I should ask for my truck.

Its an 01, Z71, 72K miles on the truck, its got an 05 LQ9 with Patriot 241 heads, a 228/230 comp cam, comp hardened pushrods, dual gold springs, LPP long tubes, Outlaw CAI, trans was gone through about 9K miles ago when I built the motor, the trans has a shift kit and billet servos. The y pipe connects to the headers with v bands, and the rest of the exhaust connects to the y with a v band also. Then theres 3 inch exhaust with 3 mufflers and its dumped before the rear axle. Has a 9.5 inch PI 3600rpm stall. 3.73 gears.

Its lowered about 5/8 from a 2wd height. Has the Tahoe 20s, with about 2K miles on the 275/45-20 Kumho tires.

Outside the truck is painted Bright White Diamond(its pearl white) its got the 06 front clip, molded in roll pan, shaved stake pockets, 06 tails, Escalade handles. The windshield and rear window were removed to paint the truck. The firewall and everything is also painted, the cab was off the frame to do that, I also undercoated the floor when we had the cab off. Truck has the factory fogs with HIDs in the lows and fogs. The tailgate has no cap, the holes were shaved, still has a handle though. And obviously theres the colormatched mirrors, and reflectors in the headlights.

The interior is tan, no rips or tears or anything, one tiny cig burn from the previous owner in the drivers seat. I put in an 03+ column wheel and bag. The windows are tinted with 35% on the windshield, 20% on the roll downs and factory on the rear glass. Has a Pioneer cd played, Hifonics 1K watt amp, 2 pioneer slim line 12s in a box behind the seat, seat still goes all the way back and reclines, I lost 0 leg room/seat movement. Pioneer speakers in the doors, Polk Audio speakers in the rear. Oh and power windows, power locks, power mirrors, push button 4wd.

Im sure Im missing some stuff but thats what I can think of right now.

you wont get as much as your hoping for. Its near impossible to get as much money as you have into it. A modded vehicle is very hard to sell.

Ive got a guy interested that has money, but I have to give him a price. His son just bought a lifted 06 ecsb for 23K so they dont mind paying for what they want.

Id let the truck sit and rot before I took 6 grand for it.

also your blue book quote is for a stock z71. your truck is no where near a z71 anymore and isnt close to stock form. you now have custom and its only worht what someone is willing to pay.

Ive seen mint stock xtra cab Z71 go for 10k, just to give you reference. again not insult just laying it on table

 

damn that is a nice truck!! you can surely get more than 6k out of it. the 10k is very reasonable with built motor, new susp, nice sound, sexy *** paint and body work.

 

When its lowered like that you cant even consider it a z71

 

Truck looks awsome! I'd would try to sell it for at least 10k

vehicle build states its a z71 so its a z71, by the way very nice truck. the old pic of the truck is how my trucks sitting now. I would say 15k obo
