the only time i drive it now is to the track and back. and a track day kicks my wallets butt too. 40 in gas, 20 in beer, 20 to race, 10 for food and take a chance of breaking some expensive parts. its may be time for me to get my priorities straight.

Don't sell it man, and look at it this way, if you sell it you'll miss it and it's not your daily anymore so if it breaks, shove it in the garage till you can fix it, and if you do sell it i want your eagle alloys and caltracs

I know Im in the minority but I completely understand where you are coming from thats why when I sent my motor back to WCCH it didnt go back in the truck. I was spending way too much money and there is just no "dialing back" your spending when its sitting in your garage atleast there wasnt for me. I would return it back to as close to stock as possible and sell everything off then trade your stock truck in on somethin else you want. I bought my dmax and have managed to not mod the hell out of it so far, once its paid off Ill play with it a little more but my main focus is getting a house and paying off debt like you. Your truck is a diminishing asset a house is not(over the long term), right now and for the next year or two atleast is the time to buy a house, mortgage rates are going down and if you look hard enough you can find a nice house for pretty cheap with all the foreclosures going on. I wouldnt sell your truck as a package deal because you will get no where near what it is worth. There are enough people around Houston to swap parts with, thats what I would do if I were you and feeling the way you do. After a while it just gets old doesnt it?

Oh and 14ishK would be all I would expect out of it too, unless you can find someone who appreciates all the mods you have done and is willing to pay for it.

I understand exactly what your trying to do, I stopped throwing money at my truck at an early stage before it got out of hand(see my sig) trying to pay debt off is the priority now! if your putting factory stuff back on I have a 4.8 for it!!
