well Im currently a marine science technician in the coast guard, I like it, have an associates in environmental science and not a clue what to get my bachelors in... with the current economy and since I like my job, Im probably going to do a career with this. (16 more years)
my question is what do you you guys do and if you dont mind how much about do you make? Im looking for more of a white collar type job thats not the exact same thing everyday. also what training is involved/needed?
I was looking at getting my degree in psychology and being some type of a councilor or something but they dont make crap $$, so if you dont mind what do you do?

Damn, you guys remind me why I picked my username. I'm a trucker and a farmer... Trucking is kinda the bottom of the societal barrel, but hey, I like to drive. Drove for a grain hauling outfit for 2.5 years, then drove a car hauler for 2.5 years. That was cool until I met my wife, then being gone for 10 days at a time sucked. Pulled a fuel tanker for 4 months, quickly got sick of the 20 hour days. Now I haul gravel for a concrete company. The pay kinda sucks, but I work with great guys and I'm home every night, which is cool. But my life revolves around the 2200 or so acre seed and grain farm I run with my Old Man. Those God awful grocery prices we all paid last year bought me a bigger house and bought my friends a lot of nice boats and snowmobiles.
