Right next to our office door is our street. Tractor trailer was parked, just as Pappy says, guy had a heart attack ran into the back of the rig with the foot to the floor. When I got to work no emergency was here yet, truck was completely under the trailer. COMPLETELY. He actually ripped the trailer axel loose. All you could see was blood. There was a boat load of people there so I didn't get out and examine, I have already seen my fair share of fubar'ed people, no need for anymore.

There is an email floating around where a guy had swerved into oncoming traffic and hits a semi, that guy was driving a small compact car and semi basically ran over the car. The email showed many pictures of the human remains and it was the most disturbing thing I've ever seen. The email was showing you why you should never text and drive.
Also a guy I went to highschool with hit the back of a semi going approx. 130 mph on a GSXR 1000 (motorcycle) and his body was stuck to the back of the semi for over a mile. Pictures of his remains were floating around in emails also, thank god I didn't see those...

Last February, on the night of the Superbowl, I was in my car hauler waiting for a train to cross the Ring Road. I was just about to get home to The Girl after a week on the road, so I decided to set the brakes and change into some more presentable clothes. As I was climbing into the bunk, I felt a lurch. Dude in an F-150 crew cab had a few too many and piled into the back of my trailer. Here's what was left of it. That taillight housing was heavy enough to drive over it with duallies, and it folded over like paper. He wasn't wearing his seatbelt, but thanksto the airbag he walked away without a scratch. I had a twisted arm.

I'm also coming up on the one year anniversary of my 19 year old neighbour driving into the smoke of a grass fire and piling into a stopped deck truck. He's not around anymore. Every time I drive by where it happened I shudder. It's hard to think about.
