Welcome to circa 2001. Around here, we used to have local cops join the BBs and go "undercover" and participate on the forums and even show up to the "spots" to film people. They've even showed the films on the news before.

simple fact that the video if allowed is evidence of self admittance. Just like walking into the station and admitting a crime, after the fact.

if you take a movie of it. then post it on line. they got you lol. i mean sometimes i think they should be on worlds dummest. dont get me wrong but if you do and there is proof you did then they got you. and you have no body to blame but yourr on dumd ***.

I know in NY state an officer has to witness a violation (or have a complainant witness it) in order to arrest or issue a ticket. A misdemeanor however does not need a complainant to witness it, and an arrest could be made up to a year (or even later) after the crime.

It is still breaking the law regardless if a person of the law witnessed it. Is murder still a crime without an officer witnessing it?
