definately go to a credit union, I have always used them, they have way better interest rates than any bank for sure... the ones I get my loans from is United Community Credit Union, look it up, they have about 3 places in town, they are very helpful there. when i financed my truck I had it at 3.9%....

i can tell you my credit is not perfect... i had my original truck at 13%... i just refi'ed it at 6.45% with less than a 700 credit score...

DCU credit union... these people rock! digital credit union

it only costed me $20 to become a member... $15 fee to join an affiliation, and $5 to open the account. I just got my new dd financed there and theyr refi'ed my truck... plus they gave me a $2500 visa card...

i had a 10 out of 10 experience with them, totally satisfied... if your credit score is above 670, you will have at least a 6.xx% rate, if not better.

I'll have to check them out thanks! I'm actually with a credit union through my work lol, that's why I am a little hesitant because it seems as though I would get the best deal through them. But I guess it couldn't hurt to ask, my credit score is above 670 so that's encouraging. Thanks again for the replies!

My credit score is ~700 and I got my truck financed for 60 months at 7% through a credit company you are about my age and my credit score is decent so I would expect you to get something close to that.

What do you use to repair your credit. I've been thinking about getting involved in a program that would let me do that and keep tabs on my credit.
