IMHO...any time is unreasonable.
Send them a PM & email letting them know you are worried and are letting it be known in the member feedback. (HERE) Don't warn them about reporting to paypal, just do it. Warning them gives them a chance to clean the account (if they are not legit).
Protect yourself. If it is legit it will be made right, no matter what you do. If it isn't legit then every extra day of you not reporting makes it harder to get your money back.

Ya man. Guy seemed ok, was really diligent about getting payment set up. After that I only got 1 message in response to me asking him how much it would be to coat the TB to match the Intake. After that, Nothing.
