Yup. All for having a good time but no need to be reckless like that. There was a story a while back about a guy that was at a public show and decided to do a rolling burnout in his drag car down the main public road and lost control and killed an innocent bystander.

That happened here in TN. 7 people died. He had permission to do the burnout. You can't so much as chirp your tires without having someone breathing down your neck now. Wasn't very long before that, that a kid lost control of a modified Viper during a burnout and killed some people.

Now who the F@#& would wanna stand by a dragster doing that? i dont care if its a geo metro or a vette skilled or not NEVER stand by or near a rolling burnout thats plain STUPID!!!!!!!!!!! you never know what can happen

Not to mention hot rubber, rocks, and other debris flying at you or your kids. It was a stupid stunt, but one that had been performed there before in years previous.

False, Rex broke the centre piece in his V160 tranny thursday night, and spent all day friday (during the dyno) looking for a transmission, luckily with the help of a few people he found one, and swapped trannies in the parking lot friday night and part of saturday, as far as i know he ran saturday night again.
its still a crazy *** car love it! so is this not the one who maxxed the dyno that i keep hearing in other forums?
