WOW ....for a loud exhaust...If you search "Dubai" or "UAE" cars on Youtube most of them have diamond studded 28" wheels, riding around on two wheels with a dude riding it like a skateboard...and they pull you over for rough idle

they have become strict these days because of the increasing numbers of accidents because of high speeds.. there are places with no police at all.. drag races and stuff go on there its only in the city mostly

 

Wow, I didn't know they were that strict over there with their laws. Over here, I'd have to look it up but I don't think a policeman can look under your hood without consent, I could be mistaken though...anybody know?
