I would get back on the road to find beer and a better room! I always travel with a cooler! I just got back from Arkansas and was well stocked for the trip down. Two coolers with 33lbs of pork shoulders, 6 slabs of ribs, 6 lbs of polish sausage, 5 lbs Chicago style Italian beef, one case of coke, 12 pack of becks on ice and two bags of fresh ice! My wife says I'm the only one that she knows that goes on vacation and brings my own meat! Be safe and good luck getting to your final destination. Vince

I drove 12 hours on Monday from Tucson, AZ to the Bay Area, CA. Gotta love the weather here! Hopefully I have the same luck on my way back next week.
