just called the place. it is still his truck, he put the 24s on his tahoe, the air tanks got stolen and the bags were borrowed. it is sitting there because the wrecking yard owner's sister divorced him about a year ago and he just hasnt picked it up yet. it is for sale though, $10K the way it sits. he said it has about $40K in custom fabrication work and was real quick to say it was on the cover of Truckin Magazine

$10k is a steal. Paintwork like that cost & arm & a leg. And ya, most people that have something like that, would be quick to point out magazine coverage. It was killin u not knowin how it got there, wasn't it?

even if i had $10K i still wouldnt buy it, not without wheels, tires and any kind of suspension. i'd say its worth $10K but not to me

 

I've seen that truck before, must have been in the magazine...that's a shame, hopefully somebody rescues it before it becomes a paper weight

I would give him maybe $5K for it. The thing is stripped and trashed, don't care how much he spent on it or where it's picture has been. Hope it goes to a new home.
