Thank you sir
Have a 440 kit in it(11-1 wiseco piston) HD head studs, stg3 hot cam, head has been worked, no base gasket, I have played with the sprockets a bit. Also revaled 450r front shocks, stainless bolts, braided lines through out, all fresh powder, Chromed 250r arms, chromed lonestar raching +1 stem, sidewinder sprockets..Getting ready to order a +1.5 swinger. I over did it

Thats real bad ***! I had an 07 YZ450f up until last year. That thing was in absolute mint condition when I sold it.

It must go pretty good with all that stuff doen to it. How does ti compare to the newer 450's? Typically the ATV's are tuned down a lot compared to a dirtbike, the only ones that arent from the factory that I've ridden are the KTM's. Those freakin things are bad ***!

Damn thats a clean bike.. I was going to get a bike back in 2000 when i bought this, but thought I would kill my self Is that a line X'd case ? With all BS'n aside the way this is set up, I can beat piped, jetted 450's.. A few weeks back I ran a guy with the HRC kit in his 08 450, he just beat me out on the top end. We stayed about dead even until mid 4th, then 5th he pulled me.. buddy has a 700 rapy and I can beat him 9 out of 10 times.. The kfx 700's I can walk also. I am extremely satisfied with this set up I did.. Can not ask for much more out of 440 cc's of old dinosaur power.. This engine design hasn't changed in over 25 years

Yup I had the cases doen in Line X to look like the 08+ models with black engine cases, but I didnt want it to rub off. It worked awesome. Amazing how nice these things look when you take the time to clean them right isnt it? I used to just strip all the plastics, power wash with some simple green/purple power and dry/lube everything that needed to be. Then as I put it all back together I would use armoral and tire shine.

I think those HRC kits bring the honda's up the specs of the dirtbike motors... if not its damn close. I used to have a buddy with one in an 06 450 and my bike was a little faster throughout... The bikes are just so much lighter they are built for more top end power.

To be able to keep up with one of those with an old XR motor is damn impressive. I'm willing to bet yours has some serious grunt down low. Those things are like freaking tractors.

Yah that is where it makes alot of it at lol.. I dropped a tooth of the front, dropped 2 off the back.. Will stand up in 5th if you pull it.. I will hopefully get some vids this weekend if we go ride.. Given this was in the dirt with the hrc bike, so who knows if he was spinning or not. My one buddy has a 07 pipped jetted trx 450 and my other buddy has 05 yzf450 that we did the cam mods to,has a full sparks pipe on it. I run them down.. I have also ran 2 banshees and came out on top.. The guy who did the engine said the last one he did like this made 37 or so hp to the wheels.. So not bad at all.
